Registration

We recommend that you carefully read the registration terms before filling in the registration form and that you have a credit card ready for the payment for the conference (if you decide for a credit card payment). This electronic transaction is secure, and your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.
The registration deadline was February 10.

Registration fee

Delegate fee is SEK 1500 + 25% VAT (total incl. VAT is SEK 1875). In order to participate in the conference, you need to be an SSBA member. The membership fee is SEK 300 and is not subject to VAT (moms).

The conference fee includes:

  • Admission to the scientific programme
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks during the two conference days
  • Lunches during the two conference days
  • PhD student day (March 14)
  • Welcome reception (March 14)
  • Conference dinner (March 15)
Please note that some of the events require pre-registration. This can be done in the registration form. Exchange rates may vary. To see current exchange rates, please visit oanda.com or x-rates.com.

Payment

Payment must be completed before the beginning of the conference, i.e., March 14 the latest.

Swedish delegates

Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by faktura (invoice).

Delegates from outside Sweden

All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)

  • Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer.
  • Invoices must be paid before March 14, otherwise the organizers may cancel your registration.
  • Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA and Master Card.
  • Our credit card system is connected to 3D Secure, for your safety. Your credit card needs to be connected to Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code. Contact your bank for more information.
  • Upon choice of payment by Invoice in the registration form, you will receive an invoice by e-mail, including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. Invoice will be sent as pdf attachments by e-mail.
  • We will not accept any bank charge deductions.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques.

Cancellation of Registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Akademikonferens, the conference secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until February 17 2016, up to which date the total amount will be refunded, reduced by SEK 750 for cancellation fee. We regret that no refunds will be accepted for cancellations made after February 17, nor for no-shows for any reasons.

Change of Name

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible.
